Seasonal Preparations and Opening and Closing
Our service prepares your second home for changing seasons, ensuring it's ready for any weather conditions. Our team will perform tasks such as winterizing plumbing, cleaning gutters, putting away the summer fun and getting ready for winter.
In the spring, we'll prepare your home for warmer weather by servicing systems, inspecting after storms, and maintaining outdoor areas. If it's been a while in between visits, we can dust, clean, refresh linins, turn systems on, build a woodstove fire, turn on heat/ AC before you arrive.
We can also help clear and keep a defensible space for fire protection.
